Delivery Timeline
- We strive to ensure all orders across India are delivered within a span of 3-4 working days.

Shipping Charges
- For orders valued up to INR 499, a nominal shipping fee of INR 49 will be applied.
- Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders above INR 500.

Order Tracking
- Gain peace of mind with the ability to track your orders online once they are dispatched for delivery.

Unforeseen Circumstances
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill any items in your order due to natural calamities or other unavoidable circumstances, rest assured:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) payments: You will not be charged for the unavailable item(s).
- Online payments: A full refund will be initiated to your respective bank account or payment wallet.

Courier Partners
- To ensure the safe and swift delivery of your orders, we partner exclusively with reputed courier agencies.

Product Condition
- If you suspect the product is not in good condition, or the packaging appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care at support@livebetterindia.com, quoting your order reference number. We pledge to do our utmost to facilitate a replacement at the earliest convenience.

Invoice
- Please note, all items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice declaring the price, as mandated by Indian Tax Regulations.

Cancellation and Refund
- In case of order cancellation:
- Credit card payments: Your card will not be charged for the cancelled items.
- Debit card/Net banking payments: We will instruct your bank to initiate a refund. However, the actual credit may take 7-15 days, depending on your bank's processing time. If you encounter any delays, kindly liaise with your bank and inform us of any persisting issues.
